Virtual Communication Via Blogs

Blogs are a really useful way to disseminate information and encourage dialogue from anywhere in the world. Once a blog is established, participants can be notified (if they so choose) of any new posts either by the blogger or by auto notifications if that feature is available.

Blogs can be made from a computer at home or work, a laptop in an airport, or off of a BlackBerry on another continent. This form of digital easy access and dissemination is really useful in the world's exchange of ideas, which can be made anytime and anywhere across the great digital divide.

Thoughts?

Gary,

You have to be very careful regarding what you believe here; there is no verification.

I have not bought into the whole blogging thing yet Gary. It is very time intensive and I am not yet ready to commit that much to it. Perhaps when I begin to blog with my students they will insire me!
